Welcome to the booking page for Poets Grove Family & Children's Centre!
Please choose your child's class to schedule a photo session. Keep in mind that this is an outline only and booking times are subject to change due to another child having limited attendance, absences or other unforeseen events.
If your child's attendance days have been booked up, please select another date and make a note in the fields provided after booking stating their attendance days.
The primary purpose of making a booking is to express your desire for your child's photos to be taken and to grant permission for group photographs. If you have a specific outfit in mind for your child, please pack it in their school bag on days (6-10 October) that do not coincide with their scheduled time and date, just in case.

FAQ
What outfits do you suggest?
Anything that your child feels comfortable in (and it can be a bonus memory if its an outfit they wear to school regularly). Don't be afraid of colours and patterns, but it is suggested to not wear black and/or large logos as it can be distracting.
Are there any registration fees?
Yes, there is a $20 registration fee to pay for the time (and creativity!) to photograph your child. Please bear in mind though, 20% of your deposit is directly given to Poets Grove Family & Children's Centre.
Are there any obligations?
Not at all. After the images have been edited and have been uploaded to your private online viewing platform (password protected), you'll be able to decide if you wish to purchase any image or package. If you don't, there are no hurt feelings!
How soon will I receive my images after purchase?
For digital downloads, they'll be available for download in their highest resolutions immediately. For print, there will be a wait of roughly 3 weeks and these will be delivered to your centre.
What packages are available?
Each child will curate a collection of roughly 20 carefully selected images in their online portfolio.
Please bear in mind that group photos will be made available in print format only.
